You really need to work on a lot. The colors mixed in the flag give it a very fecal sort of color in the rainbow. The outlines are so sketchy. I applaud you for the little bit of highlighting on the hair you did. In fact, what I can make out as hair is the best thing about this work of art. This is definitely not realistic though. If you want realistic, read up on some anatomy books. Study proportions. Learn to make lines more concise and clear. The less sketchy it is the better the colors will end up looking.

All in all definitely work harder.
